Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Time Frame: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order with an unedited opening video.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Return will not be accepted for reasons like size issues or change of mind.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, customized products, and accessories are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
